We’re Donating 20% to Breast Cancer Foundations

Only a breast cancer survivor could fully understand the day to day needs of someone who is undergoing treatment for cancer, someone who is too sick to go to work or watch her children and needs financial support during this crucial time. That’s why Sandy B. Muller created a foundation to help women in her Miami/Dade County community pay for these daily expenses. “You become part of a sisterhood you never wanted to be part of and you just help your sister along her journey,” says Muller, who launched the Sandy B. Muller Breast Cancer Foundation in April, 2008. She says, “I thought, ‘what would I have done if I didn’t have my family to help me out?’ ” Sandy’s foundation is run completely by volunteers so all the money that is raised goes to the women who need it. From October through the end of December, Neroli Rose is donating 20% of sales to the Sandy B. Muller Breast Cancer Foundation and Sharsheret, a Teaneck, N.J. based breast cancer foundation created in 2001. Let’s help our sisters along.
